The German BEINING ENERTRONIC I series is a high-performance on-line double-conversion UPS system designed specifically for industrial environments and power systems. Covering a complete power range from 10kVA to 500kVA, it strictly complies with the highest UPS classification VFI-SS-111 as defined in IEC/EN 62040-3 standards, providing clean, stable, uninterrupted power for critical loads in power plants, substations, petrochemical facilities, nuclear power plants, rail transit, and data centers.

Core Technical Advantages

Advanced IGBT Rectifier and Inverter Technology

Both the rectifier and inverter stages utilize state-of-the-art IGBT power semiconductors. The input power factor reaches 0.99 or higher, and input current total harmonic distortion is below five percent, ensuring near-zero grid pollution without the need for additional input filters.

True On-Line Double Conversion Topology

During normal operation, AC input passes sequentially through the rectifier and inverter stages. During utility failure, DC power from the battery is converted directly to AC by the inverter without any interruption. The output is pure sine wave with minimal dynamic deviation even under one hundred percent load step changes.

Excellent Overload and Short Circuit Capability

The inverter offers outstanding overload and short circuit capability, with optional output short circuit current up to four times rated current for three-phase output, ensuring reliable tripping of downstream circuit breakers for selective protection coordination.

Flexible Parallel Redundancy Configuration

Up to eight ENERTRONIC I units can operate in parallel, supporting N+1 redundancy or capacity expansion. The system operates in active master/passive master mode, eliminating single point of failure risk.
